If your tone is dull because of long cables or many true bypass pedals, make it sparkle again with this Artifact Buffer built in an antique Herald Square typewriter ribbon tin. The LED lens is red.
Give your pedalboard some interest with something more unique than a black box. MasonorousFX Artifact buffers are built into unusual tins, salvaged artifacts found on the back shelves of antique stores, or any custom item you want that fits the guidelines.
The Artifact circuit is an improved version of the “legendary” Kl0n buffer. Compared to the original, the Artifact Buffer features:
- Additional power filtration and protection components
- A second buffer section stacked in parallel with the first for additional current drive capability and even lower output impedance
- A larger output capacitor for no loss of bass even when used with vintage pedals.
Size: 3.1″ x 2.6″ x 0.9″ (79mm x 66mm x 23mm)
Requires standard 9V effects pedal power adapter.
All Artifact Buffers built in antique tins have normal wear such as scratches and dents. This is normal and is part of the intended look. See photos for the condition of this tin.
